Vat

We are a small but growing family business and are currently not VAT registered. This should be good news for our customers because the price you see is the price you pay.

Delivery Information

All orders will be dispatched as soon as possible after receipt. In the event of a delay we will advise you by e-mail. Most orders are dispatched by Royal Mail first class post and large items are sent by courier.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock we will place it on back order for you. You will be e-mailed with the option to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait.

UK Delivery charges

The minimum order value is only £5.00 We charge a simple flat rate of £1.00 for delivery on all orders up to £25.00

There is FREE DELIVERY on orders over £25.00

World wide delivery charges

If you require delivery to a country outside the UK please place your order, and we will contact you by e-mail regarding the delivery charges.

Returns Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, however, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange the product provided it is in its original condition with any seals intact.

Returns should be made within 7 days of the date you received the item and the value of any refund or exchange will be for goods only, excluding any post and packing cost.

In the case of faulty goods, original post and packing charges (or part thereof) will also be refunded.

Please ensure that all goods returned are properly packed.
